Watch the video Watch the presentation The essence of the project Competition “Sober Selo” is an educational project that is aimed at promoting a sober lifestyle, improving the quality of life of residents of rural settlements of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Currently, the ban on sales is installed in 1 village; 3 There is an increase in the number of “sober” holidays and events, the sober “New Year”, “sober wedding”, “sober sabantuy”, “sober day of knowledge and youth day”; 3 An increase in the number of citizens regularly involved in groups, amateur art circles and sports sections; 4 decrease in the mortality rate of citizens due to the poisoning of alcohol, alcohol -containing products; 5 decrease in sales of alcoholic beverages in rural settlements; 6 Improving the awareness of the population of the republic due to the organization of active sanitary-educational activities; 7 On the territory of the villagers, at the expense of funds allocated by order of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 35 new children's and sports grounds appeared, 23 parks, 9 streets, 14 public territories, 4 rural houses of culture, 6 objects dedicated to participants in the Second World War were landscaped.

And also thanks to the project, tractors, a water tower and even a fire depot appeared in the villages. The implementation of the project in the competition is attended by residents of all 54 regions of the republic, over 5 years the participants became more villages, activists and 3 volunteers. The municipal and republican stages of the implementation of the project are provided, with the involvement of relevant ministries and departments, local authorities.

In the first two years, more attention was paid to organizing cultural and sporting events. In recent years, the work is also aimed at providing targeted assistance to villagers. Based on the needs of residents of remote settlements, shares and measures of social public services for the prevention and resolution of family conflicts, violence, divorces; providing the population of remote territories of the Republic of Services in the field of employment; organizations of the "hot line" to provide psychotherapeutic, narcological and psychological assistance; Organization of days of family consultations, free advice of lawyers by representatives of the Association of Lawyers.

So over the five years of the competition, 10 shares of the Hot Line were organized, with the participation of narcologists, psychotherapists, mediators, psychologists. Consultations were held in order to provide the population with remote territories of the Republic of Services in the field of employment. The rural residents have the opportunity to learn about the situation in the labor market, get acquainted with the options for suitable work, and get advice on compiling a resume.

During the “Healthy Republic - Healthy Region” campaign in settlements participating in the republican stage of the “Sober Selo” contest, the departments of mobile mobile centers of health are organized, which is a good motivation for activists of the public movement .. By the decision of the Republican Organizing Committee, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized the implementation of the recommendations of the Federal Ministry of Sports and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for the Russian Federation for the Russian Federation educational organizations on the use of infrastructure of institutions for physical education and sports of various categories of the population.

In order to cover students of educational institutions in small cities for the first time in the year, teachers and students of medical colleges of Bashkortostan were involved. This approach has become a very effective, promising direction of interaction between municipalities with medical colleges and in terms of fixing personnel, and in terms of systematic work on organizing educational work by student youth.

All 8 medical colleges and their 4 branches in the republic actively supported the proposal. Each educational institution came up with its own format for the propaganda of healthy lifestyle. Organized the conduct of sobriety lessons to the All -Russian and World Sobriety Day on September 11 and October 3 in general educational organizations of the Republic of Republican with the use of modern technologies.

In the year, having accumulated the results of three years of experience in holding the competition, the conduct of the interregional scientific and practical conference “Sober Village: Civil Initiatives and Social Practices” was organized, within the framework of which round tables were held on three key topics allocated in the competition. Also, together with the Scientific Laboratory of Social and Demographic Studies of the University of Science and Technology, a sociological survey was conducted among the inhabitants of the villages, which in - GG.

The purpose of the study was to find out the opinion of the population about this competition.The results showed, firstly, what an important role in the social, cultural, social development of the village, positive changes in the socio-moral and psychological climate of rural settlements, the formation of active life strategies of rural residents plays a project and makes a significant contribution to the development of the republic as a whole.

Secondly, the results of a sociological study revealed problems that need to be paid attention to during preventive work on the spread of alcoholism. The results were published by a separate brochure "Social Project" Sober Selo "in the assessments and judgments of rural residents of the Republic of Bashkortostan." The “Sober Selo” contest forms the ideology of sobriety, fashion for a healthy lifestyle.

On the examples of our sober villages, others see that you can live beautifully and fun without drinking alcohol. A year after year, the competition is becoming more and more popular and has long gone beyond the republic. Not only our neighboring regions are actively interested in our experience: the Udmurt Republic, Tatarstan, Sverdlovsk, Saratov, Orenburg, Chelyabinsk Region, Perm Territory, but also the Republic of Buryatia, Sakha-Yakutia, the Trans-Baikal Territory.
