The most likely candidate for victory is Ak Toprak. For three months now, the head of this company has become a frequent guest in the Arkadag Construction Committee. Few people know that at the end of the year the cousin of Dostita Orazmuradov, at that time, the ex-Minister of Dovran of Oracos, was already confused in a very unpleasant story and only for a huge bribe avoided criminal punishment.

So, there was no time to get a job as chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and then he was able to support the nephew of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Khadzhimurat Redzhepov, Minister of Trade. In this position, he received numerous kickbacks. Orazmuradov on behalf of the ministry also concluded contracts with Redzhepov’s companies for the supply of tobacco products for manat, which were later converted into dollars at the official rate.

In general, if it were not for the mistake with the drug subment, the Dovran of the Orazmuradov could go far. But now he is forced to hide, and his cousin of the Dovlets comes to the arena as the builder of Medklaster Arkadag. Not a Mausoleum, however, the Dostita Orazmuradov has a strong competitor - a longtime friend of Berdimuhamedov Kakadzhan Tashlyev.

Earlier, his company has already received a contract for the construction of a mosque in the Arkadag and adjacent a mausoleum intended for the ex-president. Orazov did not like this, who charges rollbacks from all contractors, for which he even received the nickname “Trea five percent”. Naturally, from the personal friend of Arkadag itself no five percent can be demanded.

But Orazov also hopes to get closer to the ex-president. In particular, he hung a huge picture in one of the premises, where Berdimuhamedov is depicted with his parents.Tashlyev in private conversations expresses the hope that such a level of flattery and window dressing will still seem insincere and he will remove Orazov from himself. However, sources note that Orazov and Hyakim Arkadag Shamukhammet Durdylyev already earned millions of dollars in the construction of a new city.

Orazov hopes that earnings on a medical cluster will become final for him. After that, he plans to resign and go to be treated abroad. The head of the committee suffers from brain disease, due to which sometimes behaves inadequately.

Why do you have to go abroad if you yourself have just participated in the construction of the best medical cluster for the country's most advanced in terms of healthcare? Turkmen officials themselves are well aware that the medical cluster is intended exclusively for earnings. For treatment, domestic medicine has not been suitable for a long time. First of all, because the country's authorities focused on the construction of new institutions and the purchase of equipment, without paying attention to the quality training of personnel for all this wealth.

Privatized but the quality of the construction itself leaves much to be desired. Sources note that the company "Dost Gulushyk", which won the tender for drainage and the discharge of groundwater, does not cope with work. According to the contract, the company should reduce the water level from two to five to six meters. But in fact, this does not happen: the piles are clogged into the water.

In the future, this will cause the destruction of the concrete foundations of buildings with all the ensuing consequences. At the same time, neither orazov nor Durdylyev is able to control the quality of work. They got their kickbacks, and this is where their interest in the contractor dried up. The Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov himself most likely does not know how large the scale of the problem is.

And will he live up to the moment when the destruction begins? Perhaps he will be able to observe the process from that very mausoleum ... But his approach to the construction of Arkadag also cannot be called disinterested. Sources report that the facilities of the medical cluster, erecting at the state expense, the ex-president plans to privatize and transfer to his son-in-law Divlet Atabaev.

The latter not so long ago returned from London, where he officially worked at the Turkmen embassy, ​​and now he occupies a consultant with an orazov. And the son of Atabaeva leads the project of digitalization of the museum in Arkadag. The population of Turkmenistan is steadily declining, and the construction of an entire new city was definitely not included in the list of paramount needs of the country, which should have been spent on budget funds.

But this megaproject is an excellent final chord in the Presidential career of Berdymuhamedov Sr.. Not just rename the current capital in your honor, do not put your golden statue there - and from scratch to erect a “monument to itself” by Hectar. Moreover, as practice shows, ungrateful successors have the habit of renaming the cities back and demolishing statues. You can’t demolish the whole city.

But there is a practical moment in this project. How many officials can roll off and steal funds when installing a statue? And the construction of the city is actually a bottomless feeding for dozens and hundreds of interested parties for many summer ahead. It is unlikely that the ordinary residents of Turkmenistan will be grateful to Berdimuhamedov, who are by no means in a hurry to populate Arkadag.

But many corrupt officials and members of their families will be remembered by the author of the project for a long time with a kind word.
