Denis Prutko Biography

The surgeons of the center, located in the area with the beautiful name Solntsevo, work an ordinary miracle: thanks to them, doomed children get the right to life. In the NPC you feel from the first sigh, as if on another planet, where the air is more transparent, cleaner and even has its own amazing taste. In the atrium - a large two -level winter garden, luxurious exotic plants and outlandish inhabitants of a large aquarium are freely felt.

This cozy corner is a shelter for small patients in the center. Individual tablet Candidate of Medical Sciences, Deputy Director for Medicine Denis Prityko is a graduate of the Russian State Medical University Faculty of Pediatrics. He passed the residency in the first city hospital at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery. For two years he trained in the leading clinics of Germany, improved as a surgeon, studied the healthcare economy, theory and practice of medical management.

He owns several specialties: maxillofacial surgery, radiology, healthcare organization. The theme of the candidate dissertation: “A socio-hygienic study of the state of health and the provision of medical care for preschool children with malformations of the upper lip and sky.” Most of the early memoirs of Denis Prutiko are associated with medicine. Actually, it could not be otherwise, because there was always a father nearby-a wonderful surgeon, a strong, bright person.

Andrei Georgievich often took his son for duty, so that, we can say, the profession inherited him.

Denis Prutko Biography

The profession gives a feeling of fullness of life. The medical center in Solntsevo is a large and reliable ship on which a child can find salvation when hopes, it would seem, is no longer. And this is not just a metaphor - they told me that the view of the building from above resembles the outlines of the airliner. Unfortunately, not everyone succeeds in looking at it from above, but the internal state of the parents and small patients is felt immediately.

Here you feel powerful energy protection. In the scientific and practical center of the child, more than one specialist treats, but a team of doctors, which includes psychologists, maxillofacial surgeons, dentists, and speech therapists. Their joint efforts are often happening, it would seem impossible: invincible diseases retreat, and doomed children receive life as a reward. Solntsevo is brought to the Moscow district to treat small patients from other countries-Italy, Greece, England, because at the scientific and practical center of medical care to children with malformations of the cranial-lingering region and congenital diseases of the nervous system, the organization and management of the therapeutic process are well established, and the treatment results are simply impressive.

In some areas, our clinic surpassed the achievements of foreign colleagues, this concerns the treatment of cancer, surgery of epilepsy, and the development of genetic service. We have studies of hereditary mechanisms of serious diseases. It is impossible to treat congenital anomalies without genetic studies. The NPC has united high -class specialists, each of them contributes to practical medicine.

Speaking of our successes, one cannot but mention the big assistance that the Department of Health G. Moscow, led by his leader Leonid Mikhailovich Pechatnov. Thinking about the development of modern health care, Denis Andreevich noted that, despite the standardization and treatment protocols, of course, one could not do without them, after all, the future is an individual approach to each patient.

It is this trend that gives such a brilliant result. Take, for example, complex forms of epilepsy that are not amenable to the standards of treatment, so it is necessary to develop an exclusive scheme for each patient, or the surgery of anomalies of the face and jaw - doctors are appropriate to compare with sculptors, which, correcting nature errors, sculpt a new appearance of a person.

I am a lot on business trips, I get acquainted with the work of colleagues in the USA, Israel, Europe, and I see that standardization does not exclude an individual approach, ”D. says, who can know, really“ individual pill ”made for each patient in accordance with its genetic code, this is not a utopia and not a work in the style of fantasy. For medicine based on genetic studies, the future.

Experimental work in this direction is actively underway in the Western Hemisphere and in the Asia-Pacific region-in China, Malaysia, Singapore. Innovations need material support. In the years of the last century, the health care of our country was rightly recognized as the best in the world. A lot of changes have occurred since then, another reality requires new algorithms of action.

If the cost of treatment of Moscow patients pays for the city budget, then two algorithms of actions are offered for nonresident patients: you need to get a referral either in the Moscow Department of Health or the Department of Health of their region. In the latter case, treatment will be carried out at the expense of the established quotas. But, as they say, you hope on the budget, but also with public and charitable funds should be actively cooperated.

Funds help to establish a therapeutic process, pay for the treatment of patients. Helping them, we strive to connect the funds and authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, up to regional governments. This scheme acts and gives results. We are grateful to charitable organizations that support sick children, ”says D. Energy of Good Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Current Therapy and Palliative Medicine of the Children's Center in Solntsevo, Boris Kholodov, a graduate of the Second Medical Institute named after A student of academician A.

Rumyantsev, he was carried away by neuroncology, when this new branch of medicine was only born. The fact that he wants to become a doctor, Boris Kholodov firmly stated, barely reaching three years old, and asked his grandmother to sew a white robe and a hat with a red cross. In the fourth grade, he clarified: he decided to devote himself to pediatrics, and four years later he was seriously interested in oncology, and this choice determined all his future life.

Oncology involves scientific activity, it is impossible to engage in routine this business. In the beginning of the x, Boris Vladimirovich took up the complex treatment of brain tumors in children, entered a group of neurooncologists, which was created in the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital. At the same time, he became an employee of the Center for the pathology of the nervous system, which headed A.

all this time, and for more than 20 years have passed, these two extraordinary people have been working together. The brain tumor often affects children, this oncological nosology is inferior in degree of prevalence only to leukemia. Nevertheless, in Russia, the problem began to deal with the problem only at the beginning of x. Kholodov - oncologists practically did not engage in brain tumors, neurosurgeons only operated on such patients that they did not give a long -term result.

Neurologists believed that this pathology is outside their competence. Pediatricians, we must pay tribute, put seriously ill children for registration, but ... at this moment, "the jug showed their wisdom." Although it was difficult, with a creak, the case moved forward, and in the middle of the X, finally, it was formed that this disease should be treated comprehensively.

Good results appeared - even with the most severe forms of formidable pathology, every second patient survived! And we went on, tried to improve oncological assistance, so there were more and more saved children. At first, I treated children with all tumors, except for leukemia, subsequently aimedly concentrated efforts on neurooncology. For 20 years, medicine made a powerful breakthrough forward.

Today, all types of tumors are treated in the oncological department of the NPC in Solntsevo, where a large unit of antitumor therapy has been created. But before moving on to the current day, let's glance into the past. Getting to the treatment of oncology, the Solntsevo doctors were posed to the problem of providing patients with palliative care for patients. However, in those years, the leadership of domestic healthcare believed that children did not need such separate assistance.

Having traveled to Bavaria, A. Prutko met the organization of medical care aimed at improving the quality of life of seriously ill patients, including incurable, kids. Andrei Georgievich picked up this idea. And according to the German model in the center, they created an exit brigade of children's palliative care. There was not enough transport, medical personnel, but the service still took place.

Doctors did a very necessary and noble work. They provided medical and social assistance at home, did not let the exhausted parents come to despair, taught to properly care for the kids, and provided with expensive bandages and medicines. And, most importantly, they warmed the joy of the joy of sick children, inspiring a powerful vitality in them and the desire to resist the disease.

If the drugs do not guarantee recovery, then it remains to hope for a miracle. And they brought with them this ordinary miracle - sincere sympathy and good. Somehow a seriously ill child asked the doctors to fulfill the cherished desire-to please her mother, so that she would take part in the TV show “Fashionable sentence”. Well, I had to work with wizards. Another boy dreamed of getting to know a pronounced football coach Gus Hiddin.

These are just such cases when celebrities do not refuse. I recall the touching story of A. Kuprin about the fading little girl, who really wanted to see a real elephant. Parents fulfilled her last, as it seemed to them, desire, and childish joy made the impossible - mastered the disease. Many became our like -minded people and assistants, says Boris Vladimirovich. The need for palliative service is obvious.

Now that such work is underway, it’s hard to even imagine how they used to do without it. Excellent conditions have been created here, as in a boarding house. Together, we gain experience not only of medical, but also social service to small patients who cannot be cured. The resolution of the issue of opening the department was affected by public opinion: numerous charitable organizations turned to the Moscow government, ”recalls Boris Vladimirovich.

No wonder Dr. Kholodov talks about public ministry. Alone, without the support of numerous friends, they would not have to make it. Director of the Union of Volunteer Organizations of Russia V. Khromov, member of the Board of the Foundation “Give Life”, a long -standing friend of the NPC, began to create the first volunteer group at a time when an exit palliative department in oncology was opened.

Many come for whom the help of children becomes the need of the soul. They help sisters, orderlies, deal with children, bring humanitarian aid. Most have close spiritual contacts with sick children and their parents. Support is provided by the social service of the Russian Orthodox Church. The smile of the child is a candidate of medical sciences, the head of the anesthesiology and intensive care unit of the NPC Gennady Prokopyev, a graduate of the Altai State Medical University.

He graduated from residency and graduate school in anesthesiology and on -cupcript.
