Erk Tula Biography

Ex -Minister of Health of the Tula region, chief physician of the Tula regional dental clinic, graduation of the year, former Minister of Health of the Tula region, Alexei Aloisovich Erk, graduated from the dental faculty of Ryazgm: - the dream of becoming a dentist originated in early childhood, when he helped his mother's instruments in the dressing room.

After graduating from school, I entered the Ryazan State Medical University, and I was not disappointed in my choice.

I liked everything: erudite teachers, a complex, but such an interesting learning process, new friends. As a student, he found opportunities for visiting circles and additional classes. Thanks to teachers and doctors that I met in training, I received invaluable knowledge and experience, understanding the importance of my profession, calling a doctor. He began his career in the Kireevsky district dental clinic as a boarding house in the year.

After the end of the boarding school, he continued to work as a dentist, then the head of the department. He was appointed as the chief physician of the Tula regional dental clinic, which currently consists of a 4 clinic in Tula and 8 branches in the region and is the largest dental institution of the region. In the year, on my initiative, for the first time in Russia, autofluorescent dentoscopy was introduced in wide practice using a set of APS for the early detection of precancerous and oncological diseases of visible localizations in the oral cavity.

This technique is now used in other regions of the country. We organized the work of mobile dental complexes to provide dental assistance to the population of remote areas of the region. Work was resumed to open children's dental offices in educational institutions, and the “Smile of Childhood” project, recognized as the best regional practice, was launched.

In October, he was appointed Minister of Health of the region. I always hold on to the position: “If you do something, then do it good, otherwise don’t do it at all,” and I would really like this position to become the motto of all future doctors. University students in this rapidly developing century I wish inexhaustible energy, professional skill, tireless work in the study of the educational program, solve problems in accordance with the challenge of the time, as well as the successful achievement of the goals and the realization of the most daring ideas.
