Magomedbek Akhmedov Biography
He broadcasts daily news releases, feature films, sports competitions, children's, cultural, historical and entertainment programs and transmission in national languages. At the very beginning of this year, Magomedbek Akhmedov, the channel, was appointed general manager. Earlier, Magomedbek Labazanovich was the head of the press service of the president and the government of the republic.
Born on March 28 of the year in the city of Makhachkala of the Republic of Dagestan. In the year he graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Dagestan State Pedagogical University. He also defended the thesis of the candidate of political sciences. S for G. from to gg. From the year he served as the head of the press service of the President and the Government of the Republic of Dagestan.
Awarded the honorary title “Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Dagestan”. But these brief and dry data cannot completely disclose human potential. The General Director of the RGVK told about all these changes in an interview with our weekly. At the beginning of the conversation, Magomedbek Labazanovich affected the question of what was done on the TV channel this year.
By agreement of the head of the Republic of R. Abdulatipov, the head of Gazprom A. Miller, financial and technical assistance was provided to our channel. And thanks to this agreement, about thousands of euros were allocated for the technical re -equipment of the channel. At the moment, the work has not yet been completed. But we hope that in the near future all obstacles to full work will be eliminated.
Soon a large studio, a hardware and studio unit, installation and sets of TZHK will be ready. In Chechnya, the channel was completely reconstructed after military events, and the federal center was engaged in financing. In recent years, television was actually in full decline, and only with the advent of Ramazan Gadzhimuradovich Abdulatipov, the financing of the canal moved from the dead point and we were able to hope for improving the situation.
What were these changes related to? But from the very first day of my arrival, some changes were made, and they will continue. Initially, the structure of the channel was built incorrectly. In order for it to function by modern standards and be able to meet all the requirements of viewers, it is necessary not only technical equipment and good funding, but also primarily good specialists are needed.
And this is the biggest deficit today. For a number of reasons, the leadership of the channel was changed. 4 main directorates were created: the information broadcasting directory, the art broadcasting directorate, the Directorate of socio-political broadcasting and the national broadcasting directorate. In addition, there is a directorate of special projects.
The editors of youth, sports, children's and literary and dramatic broadcasting were created. A rather interesting program was also released - “Hanzhan Kurbanov replica”, which causes great interest to viewers. Among the new programs and projects that I would like to note are “Kunatskaya”, “Agrosector”, “Hour of thought”, a project of young journalists “Square”, “The Year of Culture at the RGVK”, “Youth Mix”, “Studio 05” and others, I will not list everything.
A small youth experimental group was created, which will develop its projects, but so far it is at the development stage. In all areas, the work will still be carried out, create a mobile, optimal composition and a well -adjustable television company. The channel should work as modern production, creating a high -quality content in demand by the viewer. What is the situation with this issue now?
And are there currently financing problems? The starting price of entering the package was in the amount of thousands of rubles per month, and it was a completely acceptable price for our channel. But at the moment the situation has changed - now we pay about two million a month, and from January 1, the tariff will increase. This problem faces all of us, and we will designate it before the leadership of the republic.
The head of the republic holds the position that the RGVK channel should be preserved in the satellite television package, because our Dagestan television should be available to everyone. You can, of course, find a cheaper operator, but in this case we will lose most of the viewers. And this problem is not only before us, but also to the rest of the North Caucasian channels. Now our budget is very limited, there is no money for new projects, for the development and modern technical equipment of the channel, to create new programs.
But in any case, it is fundamentally important for us to maintain our channel in a package of satellite television "Tricolor", and achieve the development of high -quality and diverse content. And what is being done to improve information content? The first task is to ensure information support of state authorities. The second is the informing of the population on thematic, information, national broadcasting and in various other areas.
Our information service is currently one of the best in the region, and this is the merit of the whole team.Of course, there are a number of problems, but we are trying to solve them in the course of work. And one of them is a personnel question. Our channel is simply catastrophically lacking qualified and competent journalists. We try to stimulate young specialists as much as possible, we support them on all current issues.
Unfortunately, the personnel fluid was and remains one of the main problems. And in order to somehow solve this, we teach young people and give them the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice. Information broadcasting remains for us a priority, and therefore, at one of the meetings with R. Abdulatipov, I proposed the idea to create several correspondent points in remote areas of the republic.
So far, this idea is not implemented, but we hope that the issue will soon be resolved positively. Thanks to such corps, we will be able to have prompt and advanced information directly from the places of events. We no longer need to go to these areas, since a team will work on the spot, which will collect and transmit all the information to us, and in a matter of hours we will be able to issue it on the air.
In the meantime, we work with various free journalists and district and city television companies of the republic. Of course, the quality of such cooperation leaves much to be desired, but at the moment we do not have another alternative. I would also like to note that since August we have been working as a news Makhachkala program that is trying to cover the problems of the residents of the capital.
What was caused by this? And this applies not only to television, but also to other media. The idea is that our children can learn the national language, communicate on it and receive maximum information in their native language. This is a very important direction in our work. But given the fact that no funds were provided for this, we turned to the head of the republic for support.
He immediately instructed the Minnatsu to provide assistance, which was done soon, however, in a much smaller size than necessary. But this was a good help to expand national broadcasting. Previously, the programs were conducted in six languages, and now in eight, Azerbaijani and Chechen languages were added. And again, we have a big problem in the personnel issue, there are very few journalists with knowledge of national languages.
This was due to the fact that national broadcasting was mainly on radio broadcast in 14 languages. And each of the languages had its own regular units, its own air time, its own content, and so on. But now there are huge problems that are associated with the fact that the frequency of the air has not changed. These were VHF frequencies that are almost impossible to listen. And our radio "Country of Mountains" broadcasts in the FM band, which is publicly available.
As for the increase in the number of languages, we try to work in this direction, we are waiting and looking for journalists who can be broadcast, while professionally owning literary national languages. In addition, we want to conduct lessons in the languages of the peoples of Dagestan and are looking for partners who can conduct them. As for various dubious entertainment programs, I have always been an opponent of this kind of content.
Firstly, we broadcast on a wide audience, and therefore there should be a restrained style of work on the channel, which should correspond to moral, moral and aesthetic criteria. The emphasis on the original traditional culture of Dagestan should be placed on the importance of classical art, so that we can instill a sense of beautiful to our viewer.
We will certainly properly develop musical broadcasting, at the moment there is a selection of the necessary personnel for this. We also have our own broadcasting “Country of Mountains”, on which some of our projects are implemented. Many journalists working on the TV channel combine work on the radio. This channel is well developed, professionally designed, participating in thematic festivals, repeatedly won various prizes and competitions.
At the moment, this is one of the best Dagestan radio channels. All experts working on the radio are professionals in their field who love their work. Over time, we plan to cover the best radio projects on television. On our radio, any listener can find what may interest him. And what is important, commercials are very rarely broadcast. But we continue to develop it, we will focus on analytics and try to diversify the content.
What place in your strategy does work on the site occupy? And can he become an alternative to Tricolor? We have been working in this direction for a long time, a new site was developed, and soon it will replace the old one.
Now there is a small problem with viewing the channel on mobile devices, and on the new version of the site this problem will be eliminated. Then everyone will be able to view the channel on any medium and anywhere in the world.
