He headed, to put it mildly, in a difficult situation, but, of course, does not regret the return to his native penalties. How to grow to the minister? In Moscow, I gained experience with a sports functionary in a separate industry. In Kuzbass, the entire sports industry will have to be engaged. Governor Sergei Evgenievich Tsivilev, telling me about projects for the opening of the Kuznetsk coal basin, inspired his positive energy, the desire to realize all plans in the intended time.

It impresses that I work in the team of an experienced and energetic leader. And the plans are really, as the poet said, a huge one. For the first time, the Kuzbass sports infrastructure will receive such a powerful impulse for development: in Kemerovo on Kemurovsky Prospekt, the construction of the Kuzbass Ice Sports Palace continues, the universal sports complex “Kuzbass-Arena”, in the Rudnic region, it is planned to build the covered module for hockey, in Novokuznetsk, there is a reconstruction of the sports palace Kuznetsk metallurgists, a stadium for rugby, a physical education complex is being built, a football arena is designed.

And this is far from a complete list. At all sports facilities, the work is in full swing, which will allow you to get out of today's restrictions due to coronaviral infection with minimal losses. What about the frames? In our seventeen subordinate organizations, qualified specialists work: in the schools of the Olympic reserve in Leninsk-Kuznetsk and Novokuznetsk, in the Prokopyevsky technical school of physical culture, the regional training center for sports teams.

Coaching personnel on the sports faculty of Kemerovo University are being prepared at the KemSU branch in Novokuznetsk, where at one time I received a higher education. Recently I visited Alma Mater, talked with its experienced teachers. I am glad that my teachers in good health and generously share knowledge with the new generation of students. It is very important that sports educational institutions have been preserved in the region and there are conditions for the training of trainers.

Having received a special education, they remain in the small homeland. The situation is difficult, but not critical, we are aimed at maintaining salaries in our industry, paying for rental premises, business trips to national teams. If we do everything right, we can provide targeted assistance to the athletes. At the forefront are national projects, the financing of which is not reduced.

We have our own specifics. You see, when a team of masters disappears in the region in one type or another, this inevitably causes a negative resonance. The reverse picture, when the team is developing purposefully, shows good results, conquers the champion peaks. Indeed, every sport has its own traditions, its own audience of fans. For example, Novokuznetsk cannot be imagined without a “metallurgist”, which became a forge of masters for hockey with a puck.

In Kemerovo, wealthy traditions near Kuzbass, over 60 years, performing in the highest division of the championship of the country for hockey with the ball. I believe that all five teams of masters in the region, and these are also the volleyball “Kuzbass”, the ASI Corporation in Kemerovo and the Metallurg Corporation in Novokuznetsk, can receive regional subsidies in an equal share in addition to sponsorship contracts.

Of course, professional clubs need to earn their own, selling broadcasts, attributes, but today they can not do without budget financing. We need to save five teams of masters in game sports. As for football, huge investments are required here, which cannot be done in the current conditions. This is an objective reality with all my respect for the veterans of the Kuzbass football, which shone in Soviet times.

Then there really was chic football. At the initial training stage, it is the coach that replaces the parents of the parents. A curious pattern: pupils are a kind of mirror of their mentors and are similar to them in the manner of behavior. A personal example of a coach means a lot. If he is a competent, disciplined specialist, then wards are equal to him. And, as a rule, the opposite.And in the sports of the highest achievements, the coach must be a standard, motivate players to the maximum progress.

Otherwise, even the most talented guys throw sports. Not only athletes leave and not only from Kuzbass leave. The reasons for the departure can be very different, including a personal nature. To reduce migration from the region, it is necessary to create optimal conditions for athletes of the level of national teams. What can be done? To solve the army issue, having organized sports in Yurga, help with education, highlight housing subsidies.

It is possible that after normalizing the epidemiological situation, the regions will be no less attractive than the capital's cities. In Kuzbass - 22 basic sports that meet certain criteria of the Ministry of Sports of Russia. We have where to play sports. There will be even more opportunities for classes when we build new stadiums. For example, the Universal Sports Palace "Kuzbass-Arena" is intended for 18 sports.

And the Kuzbass Ice Palace will combine hockey with a ball under one roof and skating sport. Our task is to use these objects with maximum loading, conducting training, gathering national teams, prestigious tournaments that cause increased interest of fans and wide resonance in the media. In Kuzbass they are able to hold competitions at the highest level. The latter example of this is the Russian championship in mountain skis in Tashtagol.

Sergei Mouse worked at the coaching headquarters of the Russian national hockey team at the victorious world championships for our team,, the World Championship in Khabarovsk, when the Russian national team, giving way to the Swedes in the final, not only equalized the score, but also won? And in Khabarovsk, a very iconic victory for hockey hockey in front of the then Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev took place in Khabarovsk.

It is a pity that in the future it was not possible to make a qualitative leap in the development of Russian hockey. Is this postulate still relevant? Mass sport in schools and universities and sports of higher achievements. We are in contact with the regional Ministry of Education. Student sports have great potential. This year we plan to install four new sites for the TRP complex in municipal areas.

Do not forget about veterans. There is an idea to hold a sports festival “Generation Contact” with the participation of children, parents, grandparents. Three generations can get together on a treadmill, a ski track, and the ice arena of financial investments is not required here. Ready to participate in such competitions. A personal example is worth a lot.

When the “window” opens, we will discuss in more detail the organization of the holiday “Generation Communications”. We organize it not for the “checkmark”, but to popularize an active lifestyle. And the best popularization is people who are engaged in business and are rooting for business. Sports facilities are quarantined, athletes are training at home.

The ministry works in the conditions of "increased readiness" operating in the region. Of course, there is not enough “living” communication with people in the field. In a month I managed to go to Novokuznetsk, Yurg, Leninsk-Kuznetsk, as well as visit Prokopyevsk, where we looked at the state of the Snezhinka Ice Palace. Today the documents are the main reading circle for me. We will survive the current difficult situation and we will move on, performing tasks aimed at the multifaceted development of the Kuzbass sports industry.
