Description: The University of Yana Dlugosha in Chenstokhov was created as a result of the transformation of the Yan Dlugosh Humanitarian and Scientific University, which was an important event for the entire academic community. The transformation occurred on June 1 in accordance with the act of parliament of the Republic of Poland, signed by President Andrzej Duda on May 1 of the year.

An important step in the development of the university was to obtain permission from the Ministry of Education and Science for the opening of the medical faculty on July 14 and the beginning of the recruitment of students for the first year. In addition, on May 8, the university received permission to launch a magistracy in pharmaceuticals, which significantly expanded the educational proposal.

These results became key in the process of renaming the educational institution, which allowed him to become a classic university called the University of Yana Dlugosha in Chenstokhov. The University of Yana Dlugosha in Chenstokhov offers training in doctoral studies in 13 disciplines, including chemistry, philosophy, physics, history, linguistics, literary criticism, pedagogy, musical art, fine art and artistic conservation, as well as law, healthcare, safety and physical culture.

In addition, the university offers about 35 postgraduate programs, as well as various courses and trainings for candidates and students, which allows you to expand professional skills and competencies. The key factor in the success of the university is its teaching staff. Among them are almost independent researchers, including 64 professors, which emphasizes the high level of the academic potential of the institution.

The university actively develops international cooperation, which is an important element of its classification and perception at the world level. To date, cooperation agreements with research centers have been concluded from more than ten countries. This cooperation ensures the exchange of employees, students and doctoral students, as well as the implementation of bilateral agreements and joint financing of scientific research, which helps to strengthen the scientific potential of the university and its global integration.

Students have the opportunity, in particular, to use free teaching foreign languages, including the so -called rare languages, to study the dual courses implemented in cooperation with employers or to improve their educational process using the latest methods such as tutoring or online.
