Michelle Thomas released a series of audio courses on the study of French, German, Spanish and Italian. The method is what is Michel Thomas's method and how does it work? The teacher introduces a new word or language structure, gives an example of use in the language being studied. Then, slightly changing the phrase in her native language, he asks the students to translate it into the language being studied. For example, in English “I would like” I WOULD LIKE, “I want to do it” will be “I Want to do it”, “see” to see.

The teacher takes all responsibility for the training. This is a purely conversational method. No need to write down anything and to gear anything specially, all the development occurs automatically, by repeated repetition in various versions. The course by Thomas method is very short. He is conditionally divided into initial and advanced levels and vocabulary.

In the original - this is only 16 hours of audio! Michelle Thomas himself said that he can achieve the same results in a week as “classic” methods achieve in a year. Perhaps this is a little exaggeration. But, despite simplicity, or maybe thanks to it, this is a very effective method! Success in language development!
