And the one who managed to profitably imagine the prospect and establish trusting partnerships wins.

So the growth rates for attracting investments are good with us, which is confirmed by the results of the National Rating of Investclimate.

In terms of growth dynamics, the Ryazan region is one of the five leaders. This is a great merit of business, support institutions and the governor personally. So, over the past year, we managed to significantly reduce the bureaucracy, improve the individual support of investors, increase the efficiency of technical connection to networks, and simplify the procedures for obtaining credit resources.

And plus our very large and attractive project for investors works, which was created and served by the "Development Corporation of the Ryazan Region" - the Ryazan industrial park. Currently, on its territory, which makes up, 16 investment projects of multidisciplinary industrial production with a total investment of about 41.2 billion rubles are being sold. In particular, tax benefits and preferences - for example, reduction of income tax, property tax, rent, rates for a simplified taxation system.

A very important point is also the maintenance of investment projects of residents of the industrial park by the regional development corporation. We try to create all the conditions for the convenience of investors. The area of ​​the new industrial park will be a ha. The new park has already received the approval of the Presidium of the Government Commission on the regional development of the Russian Federation. In addition, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia approved three anchor investment projects of the park.

This is a production and logistics center for the production of unrefined and refined sunflower oil from a million rubles of investments, the production of sewer and water pipes of million rubles and an enterprise for the production of animal feed million rubles. The construction of a new park will begin this year. According to the documents, he is still passing as “M5 Ryazan”.

Former Gardian, and now Russian Larta Glass plans to update equipment at its Ryazan enterprise, investing more than 6 billion rubles. Using Larta Glass glass, more than 10 thousand server technologies have already been erected around the world, the first resident of the Ryazansky park, which built and launched its plant here, continues to increase capacities.

More than 1.5 billion rubles have been invested in the creation of infrastructure for the release of import -substituting electronic products.
