The People’s Ensemble “Gulun” is a constant organizer of cultural programs of republican, Russian, international conferences, festivals, views, congresses, national summer holidays of the peoples of the North, included in the presidential network of cultural institutions of the Republic of Sakha Yakutia.

Nikitina is the permanent director of the northern opening and closing of all international sports games "Children of Asia".
