Ali Kaitov biography
The final battle between the good and the neutrality of Bentley, the palaces, the murders. How the North Caucasus works there are several things that I hear from our supporters constantly. It’s even more like a reproach. Millions of people look at us in the regions and indignant-why, why, why are we constantly about Moscow and about St. Petersburg.
They often write to me, they say, "our regional corruption is much cooler and extensive." I am inclined to agree with this. At least regional corruption is worse and more destructive. Local officials do not steal their “abstract” federal budget there, but literally from the pockets of residents of cities and republics. They steal not at all kinds of innovations and Skolkovo, but at gas tariffs, electricity and water.
They steal directly from the salaries of state employees, who even without this receive very insignificant pennies. Do you know where they write the most? From the North Caucasus. And of course, of course, for a long time it was necessary to engage in this poorest region, which undeservedly with us has some kind of special status of the “inviolable”. There are its own customs, everything is complicated there, there is another culture and mentality - you have heard all this many times, and maybe you thought.
And recently, literally at the end of the past week, we began to be overwhelmed with letters with reference to the same video on Yutube. The video is unusual, and I even thought at first that maybe this is some kind of draw or flash mob. It is called "a pendant ceiling made of drywall with your own hands." The video is really about repairs, no trick. About how to correctly mount complex structures made of drywall.
In the frame - exclusively workers, masters and foremen. Install a suspended ceiling. We looked carefully and urgently made an investigation. About one of the poorest Russian regions. About how the whole republic was literally plundered by clan, a couple of dozen relatives and friends. The absolute majority of which are officials. They plundered everything in general, and moreover for a long time.
And now they enjoy the plundered and live such a life that, by Moscow standards, is shocking. And once again hello to everyone who loves to read, not see. Get comfortable, get out the notebooks, now we will be wiped through the related-clan structure of modern Russia. It is Russia, please keep it in the mind, because it may seem that I describe the events of some Middle Eastern monarchy or generally some kind of medieval khanate.
It will be difficult, but interesting. The video that I spoke about in the introduction, here. It is dedicated to the installation of a suspended ceiling, stucco molding and other gypsum decoration. It was recorded by the master builder from Rostov-Ruvim Boyko. He has his own very popular channel with thousands of subscribers and millions of views.
Content and the idea are really cool. Such DIY in an entertainment format. But why did we suddenly begin to write dozens of people and offer us to get acquainted with this video? In the comments under the video, the situation is even more amazing. They are all scored by my surname. And in this vein: now Navalny will come here. I came. I watched this video.
Awesome, to be honest. The house in which we are taught to install suspended ceilings is as follows: shooting from a drone is excellent, look at yourself. At some point, I began to suspect that we ourselves once removed it, laid out and forgot.
This object is similar simultaneously to everyone, which we have ever shot on a conditional ruble. And architecture, and scope, and landscape design, and fences. But we look - and we will not find out. We do not understand where it is, despite the fact that all these rubles, Istre, Pestovo and other areas near the rivers know along and across. And if you listen to the video, then Ruvim is very interesting there about where he takes it off.
He says that far from Moscow, far from St. Petersburg, and he flew from Rostov-on-Don by plane. This, of course, was only redeemed. Well, where could this be drunk? Without waiting for the end of the video, we began to find out where it was. Moreover, there are so many "tips." First, shooting. It is fresh, the video came out a week ago, and there is no snow on the frames and the sun shines - it means that the south.
Secondly, one of the workers says that he lives in Pyatigorsk. So, it should be nearby, do not carry the Malyarov after half the country. Thirdly, in the frame there is an Instagram of the Essery of Lech. And there - dozens of photographs of this house, stories about construction, and everywhere there are hashtags - Cherkessk. Then we simply open the map of Cherkessk-the capital of Karachay-Cherkessia-and this giant figovine immediately catches the eye.
Here, look yourself. In general, we installed the exact location of the object in the 5th minute of the video and were terribly proud of their own ingenuity and mini-investment. But at the very end of the video, we felt a little stupid, since all this could not be done. In a minute, Ruvim took, and directly said: "We are in Cherkessk." What a little embarrassed, as it seems to me, Lech-Prorab.
Now, of course, we are very interested in how much this can cost.If it were on Rublevka, then a meter house and 8.5 hectares of land would have gone billions of 6 rubles. But we are not on Rublevka, we are in Cherkessk, so let's deduct the cost of land in general, consider it free. But the house still needs to be built. And this is not only that 2 squares are plus buildings and landscape, but also everything is not lined inside there.
Some details can be gleaned from the video - for example, that the ceilings are 12 meters there. This is so that you can hang a chandelier - it is 7 meters high. Or that only in one room of stucco molding, which they teach to mount, weighs almost 2 tons. The same stucco molding on the ceiling is a cesson ceiling. So difficult to install that Lech-Prostrab calls him his “ninth symphony” we figured, looked at these caissons and estimated this object a billion rubles.
And the question arises. We climb to find out the name of this rich man. We look at the discharge on the building and do not understand what is happening. That is, this is not just a rich person, but a person who knows how to make the state perform what he wants. And here is the owner: an extract if you do not live in Karachay-Cherkessia, then this last name will not tell you anything.
Like me myself last week. And if you are still reading from Karachevo-Cherkessia, then you may now be very nervous and spread. After all, we are talking about people of very famous, very influential and even dangerous. Which can afford absolutely everything. The owner of a chic house is Kaitov Ansar Alievich. Ansar is very young for him and 18, but already famous.
Here he is at his school graduation on a Mercedes with flashing lights and shoots from the Kalashnikov assault rifle. Photo by Ansara Kaitov from that graduation. This is an unconditionally beautiful beginning. A successful young man drives with flashing lights and shoots from Kalash, being distracted only by building a house with two tons of stucco moldings in each room.
He, of course, got him from his father. Father's name is Kaitov Aliy Zaurovich. And this is exactly the moment when this post ceases to be entertaining. On the example of this one estate recorded on a seventeen-year-old student, we will now open the door to how the world of the North Caucasus and Karachay-Cherkessia specifically arrange today. Karachay-Cherkessia is a poor republic.
